I initially spoke with a nice lady whom advised me to make an appointment to visit the dealer lot. She transferred me to speak with Justin who was very nice as well. I set up an appointment to go in and speak with someone whom I thought would be Justin. I showed up a little early for my appointment. When I walked through the door, there was a guy (who I can’t call a gentleman and I never got his name) talking to another family so I just stood there and waited with my daughter. He kept small talking and never once recognized me or spoke. Another family walked in and he almost immediately recognized them and asked what they needed. I just walked out. I stood there about 8-10 minutes listening to him chat up the other family without him even saying hello to me. I guess they pick and choose who they would like to assist.
