Convenience to downtown Rock Hill is great but there is no place to drop off boxes bigger than a letter for shipment.

It is the worst place I have ever try to do business at makes you want to go back to horse and pony Automated machine is terrible customer service asked me to get someone on the phone they're not from United States it's hard to understand what they're saying and nothing gets resolved just your time wasted

Automated phone line is terribly inconvenient!!! Called for 3 days now up to 15 times a day and it rings non stop till the call times out. When did customer service die? No help period and the ones you get to talk to are clueless and helpless.

I have 2 orders that they claim was delivered to my apartment mailbox but I have never seen. I can't make a claim on 1 b/c it's not insured; so I can't get my money back. This is the 3rd time they have done this.
