Would be lovely but maybe a little noisy. Check with Rock Hill park service. Have had beggars approach me there but they are friendly and non aggressive. Could ask police about parking near the Museum across the street or near Main and Elizabeth St. Good luck and congrats.

Its in downtown rock Hill and open to the public. Not sure who you would contact for that. Maybe the city of rock hill
