Of the 3 times ive been to this location, service has been horrible, slow, food when you can get a waitress is not the greatest. Today was the topper on the cake. We will never return to this IHOP again.

They still can't do things right. From the last few times I've been there, it was very disappointing. Ordered a Colorado omelette, the steak was burnt. They had a spoon with the other utensils. The spoon still had food on it.Waitress should have been paying attention so she wouldn't have rolled it up. When Eric was the manager things went great. When Rachel was there things went downhill. Service stinks and they never have food

We waited another 25 minutes to get a single kids order of pancakes. Absolutely ridiculous.

IHOP does have high turnover in the local restaurants. I've never had the same people whenever I've gone. I've never had a problem with service or food either. If I did have a problem, I would contact the Corporate Office. There is a sticker on the entrance door with the IHOP phone number to call.
