You can never find what your looking for here. The employees hang out talking can never find help when you need it. Spent 10 min trying to get someone to pull stock from top shelf with no help. Go to homedepot much better people and employees

I ordered a fridge from Lowe’s 7/11/22 for 863.10 total. The refrigerator was to be delivered 7/19/22. I received an email 7/18/22 in the afternoon starting they have now changed my delivery to 7/21/22. My husband at that point had already rescheduled all his appointments for work and this whole week has been a complete mess for him trying to take care of his customers due to Lowe’s last minute change in delivery. On the day of the original delivery 7/19/2022, they drafted my account for the total of 863.10. Not even two hours later I check my back account and they have took out another 863.10. Coming to a total of 1,726.20 from my account. We called them understandably we were very upset about the situation. After hours on the phone and them assuring us it would be back in our account by the next day the only resolve they could come up with was a 15% discount. Bringing our total to 733.64. That same day they drafted the 733.64. Totaling a draft in one day of 2,459.84. They tried telling me it’s their policy. I have read the policy it says it could be drafted at any point. BUT it does not say anywhere they will draft your account multiple times for one purchase. Here we are on FRIDAY and they have only released one of the drafts for 863.10. I just want this to be a warning to all. Do NOT purchase from Lowe’s online! And to save yourself the hassle and all the lies I would just shop at Home Depot. I know that’s the only place whom will be getting my business now. Oh and Lowe’s I want my money NOW! TODAY! You’re a million dollar company taking my money is absolutely ridiculous.

We have consistently shopped at this store for several years and had great customer service until now. Something has changed. Today, we noticed several of the store employees were in bad moods and very rude. The employee at self checkout did not speak or help anyone who was there and had a mean look the whole time, the cashier at the register that helped us was rude, never smiled, and instead of politely asking for an ID she demanded it. The employees in the lumber section blocked the entire aisle and then told me to move with no where to go, when I did move one employee very sarcastically said "there ya go". This has never happened to us there, we went next door to Home Depot and had an excellent experience.

Ann was such a great help! She took the time to help look up different options of Delta saws and was great with her customer service. We really appreciated that she took the time she did with us to answer questions. We will look for her next time we are in the store.

Last time I made a return, store credit with a lowes Card. Hope this helps....
Most all the employees are wearing their masks appropriately. That's a great thing!
