When my rental began I would have given a 5 star review. Lexie was absolutely wonderful. But whoever ive been speaking to since then is horrible. I rented a Chevy Malibu from them. Not even an hour after I picked up the car it started having issues. Called them. They exchanged my car. Awesome. No problem. I then got a ford eco sport. Wonderful car. No issues with that. I let them know I would need to keep the car for a few days after my original drop off date. I was told no problem just call and let us know for how long. So I do. Come Monday enterprise is blowing up my phone about a payment. I was originally told I could pay the sum when the car is dropped off. Then they keep calling and telling me I need to pay as I go (since when? That’s what a deposit is for) I finally have an end date, I am told a different cost by 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE. Ranging from 380-600. Then I am told that o need to pay another deposit when dropping off the car. Lol. What? I’m returning the car. No deposit is needed. Long story short I was an enterprise plus member before this. I will not be renting from them again unless absolutely necessary. Worst experience I’ve ever had with enterprise.

The people at Enterprise Rent A Car in Fort Oglethorpe Georgia are awesome people to deal with. We have rented 3 times with this company at Fort Oglethorpe Georgia in the past 2 months -August and 2 in September and they have done a great job. Chris, and the other gentleman I have delt with have given us great customer service. They showed us everything we needed to know, gave us great pricing on car. When we rent we always get full coverage, one car we told them we could not rent and they made sure we had something different. Very professional and have always met our needs. Keep up the great work. We will be back to rent again from you.

I had a mixed experience. I rented a premium car online. They didn't have one when I arrived and had to settle for a downgrade at the same price because it was Memorial day weekend. The full size car i was given wreaked of cigarette smoke when I turned the AC on and it was covered in ashes. I got home and notified them and instead of offering me something better, she said she would notate the account. The smell was so bad and I didn't think I would be able to smell that smell for a week straight so I called back and spoke to a manager. He asked me to bring it back and gave me a much nicer upgrade due to a suv being returned. It was just a big inconvenience because I live 35 minutes away. I would of given a 5 star review if, #1 I felt that the person cared. #2 I wasn't downgraded and charged the same cost. #3 Someone cleaned it and realized the smell and didn't rent it in the first place. I had a great trip without issues after the initial debacle.

Depends on what type of vehicle u wish to rent. However some rent as little as for $26 for compact to Large SUV'S for 115+ a day. But there website is very easy to use and will tell u all u need to know
