Just got back from the Fort O location.I bought a 16 piece meal they only gave me 12 the top 6 pieces were good but but the rest of the chicken they must put aside for big meals because this is the rest of the chicken so hard you can't eat it never go to this location

It’s Mothers Day and my Daughter and her young family went to the Battlefield for a picnic. I received a pic of their smiling faces with their big delicious spread of mac & cheese, fries, mashed potatoes & gravy, cole slaw and fried chicken. So what could go wrong? No utensils!

We used the drive thru at about 1 PM. The woman working it was really rude. She sounded as if she were mad about something. There was not much difference at the window. The food was not any better than the service. I think the chicken must have been left over from the day or two before. Even the biscuits were bad. We have never experienced such a poor visit to KFC before this. We will not be stopping at this location again. HORRIBLE
