how do I get a wheelchair to pick my sister up at the curb for her flight

Call the airline and arrange for someone to be available to take her all the way to the plan door. I usually tip $5.

I'm not EXACTLY sure. But when I got off my flight Sunday there were a few at the door waiting. I would call if your not there n ask anyone who answers. The people there seemed pretty cool they should be able to direct your call. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
