Nope. Check the destination country, most often if you haven't been tested appropriately then either you would be restricted when you get there or they would force you to test immediately upon arrival.
Not required by the airport to fly, but maybe required where your destination is if it's international.
I didn't need one flying out of Charlotte but I needed one when we got to Puerto Rico. Wouldn't hurt to have one just in case.
