I live in Charlotte and fly in and out regularly, the worst part is the air traffic. The waiting on the tarmac, getting in the long lines regardless of airline or your time to take off or land. Maybe one day it or they will figure it all out.

They will figure it out after they get use to the new terminal routine

So what is the question?

Once they add another runway and gates hopefully it'll get better but for now I blame it on American for over utilizing. Most profitable aa hub and also the highest number of flights per gate means a not so good airport experience.
