Check with your airline if they will provide overnight hotel stay for you. If not, there is a service called Minute Suites inside CLT airport which provides overnight accommodations. Rooms are small, and rates are a bit high, but it's better than sleeping in a chair. Minute Suites is located near the Atrium area between Terminals B & C.
