I have already adopted from 11th hour but unfortunately had to return her as she was not a good fit for us. Do I need a new application to get a different dog?

I suggest you don't get any animals from anywhere, period. I doubt they'll give you another chance.

I suggest you reply to your original approval email and ask. It depends on how long ago the approval was issued and why the prior pet was a "bad fit"
