All County Chem-Dry did a fantastic job in my home. My home looks beautiful again, and the best part is that my carpets are almost dry already. Thank you to both the office and my technician, Jakob, for your great service.

Tom Harris cleaned our carpets this morning. He did an outstanding job. Very personable and professional. Carpets look brand new. He treated our house like it was his own.

Left my microfiber chairs feeling stiff and scratchy. Dirty spits not completely removed

We've been using All County for years! They're reliable and always do a great job! We always try to get a morning appointment so everything is dry by the time we get home, but even when we have a later appointment, it's really not an issue.

Your carpeting will typically dry in 1-2 hours, unless it is unusually humid outside. Most upholstered fabrics will dry in 1-4 hours. Please note that heavily soiled carpeting or fabrics may receive extra attention and take a little bit longer to fully dry.
Leather has many layers of color, finish, and protection, and when damaged, each layer needs to be broken down and then fully restored. Oil removal can add a week or more, as oil must be slowly poulticed out of leather. Furthermore, we can do no more than two things to the leather each day. The leather must fully absorb or cure with each step, and then it must be treated between each step in order for the leather to look and feel as good as we can possibly make it. We will not rush your leather, as the faster we move and the more we do, the greater the chance of failure or premature breakdown.
Yes! On area rugs, we fully guarantee pet urine odor removal. On carpeting, we can typically remove the urine without aggressive actions, but by removing pad and/or sealing sub-floors, we can remove virtually 100% of urine odor. On leather, treatments provided in our Leather Lab can guarantee odor removal. Fabric upholstery and other hard surfaces are porous and challenging enough for us to offer a range of solutions to reduce and eliminate urine odors, but there is no set protocol - solutions are customized to each unique situation.
No! Cleaning will not remove all of the water or dry out the water that you cannot see. It will not treat the microbials that may have come from the water loss. The materials will not be miraculously dry and safe after cleaning. In fact, if a water damage has occurred, we must actually monitor and meter the affected materials, both structural and contents, and then extract or remove affected materials, set up a "drying chamber" with the requisite water damage equipment (such as air movers and dehumidifiers), check the affected areas each day until completely dry (as measured by our meters and according to industry standards), and treat affected areas with anti-microbials. Remaining structure and contents can be cleaned and rebuilt once drying is completed.
You can always find someone cheaper. You cannot find a company who is more knowledgeable, more capable of handling challenging fabrics, fibers, and surfaces, and who is eagerly recommended by leading manufacturers, retailers, insurance companies, designers, and realtors. We not only customize our cleaning and restoration services for each client, provide minimal down time with rapid drying, and solve difficult client issues, but we also provide the most outstanding customer service experience possible. Sometimes - like with leather - we are the only company who can solve your problem. We are called upon to fix a lot of problems caused by lower priced cleaning and restoration services, and they are not always fixable! You get what you pay for.
We are always happy to provide references. No, we cannot guarantee stain removal. There are many factors involved in stain removal, including fiber or fabric type, flooring type, leather type, whether it was protected, how long the stain has been present, and what was done to treat the stain previously. All of these can dictate whether the stain is permanent, whether we treat it or not. We have both an incredible amount of highly effective, best in market tools for spot and stain removal, and the knowledge and expertise on how and when to implement these tools. If the stain will come out, safely and without doing excessive damage, we will remove it. However, we cannot guarantee that the stain will be gone. The only guarantee that we can offer is that if the stain is removed fully, it will not return, or we will also return to remove it again, at no additional cost to you.
We strive to get our clients on the schedule within three to five days whenever possible. Often, your schedule options are more limiting than our availability, especially if you are looking for specific dates and times. Please note that we schedule in "arrival windows." These arrival windows are designed to allow each client as much time as they require, both to have their services performed and to ask us to inspect or evaluate any other areas, problems, or concerns.
