They do offer a buffet I don't know if it is only for special occasions but we ate there and you would probably do as well eating at one of the local restaurants
The closest is Europa Bar & Grill which is 1 block down adjacent to LeBauer Park and connected to the Greensboro Cultural Center located at 200 N. Davie st. No reservation are required. Davie st. runs North & South and east (rear - Parking lot side) of the Steven Tanger Center.
There is no restaurant on site but several just a couple blocks away. Google places to eat near Tanger center.
