I have had the same experience. I always just order when i arrive. Their seevice has been hit and miss for me with relation to speed, however the food more than makes up for it.

There isn't. It happens pretty often that they don't answer the phone. Usually it because they are busy. For me it's easier to just go there and place my take out order instead of trying to call.
