Izumi Japanese Buffet

They have a preset variety of about 25-30 standard rolls (e.g. California, Godzilla, etc.) that they make, occasionally adding new rolls to the mix. The chefs making it are right there in the center of the buffet, so you could try making a request. I'd be interested to hear how they respond to that.

Everything is all you can eat. The small tray of crab legs gets placed in the ice section, so it will cool off quickly. The focus at Izumi is high quality sushi, so if you expect it to be like other all-you-can-eat seafood and crab legs places, you will be disappointed. If you are okay with crab legs as a side to the delicious sushi, hibachi, and more you should be pleased.

From what I have seen I think he bar is closed during some hours, I usually go for lunch with a group of friends so maybe it's only open dinner or closed for covid, but I am sure they would be more than capable of making many different drinks such as that type of drink, I myself don't drink so no garenteed. The place has many options available in all varieties of fruit desserts sushi and other foods so I would not doubt it.

It's kept very clean, everyone gets their own tongs to use at the buffet, people are seated a good distance apart from each other

I'm not sure. It looks very nice and clean. I doordash there a good bit.
