I ordered a salad for lunch and picked it up curbside. when I made it back to work to eat, the majority of my salad was brown. The salad didn't look fresh.

Employees wear face masks and there was a hand sanitizer station near the hostess stand last time I was there. There's not really a separation of the tables and patrons don't have to wear masks. There is the same "enter at your own risk, we're not responsible if you get COVID" poster from the state that is everywhere now.
