They have a preset variety of about 25-30 standard rolls (e.g. California, Godzilla, etc.) that they make, occasionally adding new rolls to the mix. The chefs making it are right there in the center of the buffet, so you could try making a request. I'd be interested to hear how they respond to that.
Standard with a large variety
They definitely make them standard at this buffet, with a distinct variety of many options for you to choose from.
They make so many Sushi rolls i never even thought to ask. But there is always someone standing behind the area. Never hurts to ask.
