Everyone on site is so polite and professional. Dr.Snell did my consultation and my first alignment. This is my very first time visiting a chiropractor. Dr.Snell was professional, thorough and polite. He was sure to set expectations with me and also when he started the procedure explained and talked me through all the processes as he was doing them. Dr. Snell made sure I was comfortable throughout the consultation and treatment. I will definitely be returning!

I enjoy going to see Dr. Lane at The Joint Chiropractor in Evans, GA. I will not see anyone else but him. Dr. Lane is my go to when I’m in pain and need adjustment. He is professional and doesn’t blindly adjust you as I’ve had a few like that but he always gives excellent advise and I am grateful for it. Trish is also amazing along with the others ladies at the front desk. They truly make you feel welcome and are willing to help answer any questions you may have.

Billing process is so unorganized. Although the services were excellent the billing/cancellation process made me never want to receive services from this company again. I was unable to physically go to the location to cancel and was informed my services expired in August. September is now here and I was billed. The lady provided me the ability to cancel via email but why wasn’t this provided last month when I called in and was instead informed services would expire at the end of august. Poor communication. I am now paying for a month of services I will never use. What a joke!

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.
The Joint can provide chiropractic adjustments for our pregnant patients. One of the most important times for a woman to receive chiropractic care is during her pregnancy.
The Joint specializes in routine chiropractic adjustments, and therefore we do not offer massage therapy. Our chiropractors can provide manual adjustments to help you with your current condition.

Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
