They don't care. We purchased several thousands from them in Nov. I went to warehouse to pick up in Charlotte. They loaded it and even though I brought straps...I was told I didn't need them because they had wedged them in. I asked several times. Before, I got to interstate the loveseat flew off the truck and busted. They didn't care...said it wasn't their fault and could do nothing. Sure, I suppose I should've insisted they strap it down...But honestly, that's the 1st time I've ever hauled furniture and I assumed they were experts...since, that is what they get paid to do.
We had issues with seams on our couch separating, contacted corporate and they sent new covers and cushions. No issues. Hope this helps.
