Have been disappointed from the beginning. Night enough padding in seat or arms. Have had it for only four months and it looks like a chair that comes from Walmart, only worse. I've been trying to get Bassett out here for 3 weeks now to pick it up and take in for repairs with no success. Nice the mechanism seems to keep clicking when I get up. This is NOT what I'd expect from a $2100 chair.

We bought two of their leather recliners for about $3,400. Both had to be returned in the first year for repair. After just a couple of years of being used in the living-room they are ready for the scrap heap. The leather on the armrests, front of the seat and footrests are wearing badly. The mechanisms are noisy and loose. I have had to screw the footrests back in a couple of times, and now a broken spring. They are both going out to the curb for our next bulk trash pickup in February. I've had much cheaper recliners last much longer than this.
