It all depends on how the ad is written. If it says, (At participating stores) they can get away with it and if it doesn't you can sue them for "false advertising!" Also, if you check on the rules for owning a franchise and see if this is allowed! If not then write the company and complain so they can get it fixed. Good luck and I hope you follow through on this because you could have a class action suit that would benefit many and you would get a big chunk for being the person who started it!!
