Cold 12 piece tender waited on side for 10 mins for chicken too “cook” drove literally 2 mins home and my chicken was cold not fresh at all? Why such a long wait paid 35 for a meal very dissatisfied and disappointed

I placed multiple online ordered here before and every single time, they took over half an hour for a sandwich, fries, and a drink order. Often times, my order will not contain what I have ordered. I would not recommend this chain due to the incredibly long wait time, along with multiple cases of missing items.

I just wanted to commend the general manager of this store. I ordered was delivered wrong by uber eats. So I drove back up to the store to get the missing items and the manager replaced the entire order for us. He definitely went above and beyond what he should have done. He's a really nice guy too. And the food quality was excellent by the way. We will definitely visit here again in person.

This may be one of the worst Popeyes in Florida. I never get what I order, they are always out of something and they are so incredibly slow. To top it off they are rude. I waited quite a long time to receive hot chicken, cold biscuits and re-warmed, overcooked fries. Truly unhappy with this establishment. Just lost me as a customer.
