I recently purchased a hot water heater for Lowes. I had minor surgery the day before and explain this to Christy. She not only help find the right item but got it out of stock for me and help me get it to my truck. Thank you Christy.

Not too happy with their customer service at all. Trying to some assistance in purchasing a new lock for my screen door and 20 minutes later and I'm still waiting for severice in the department. The cashier tried to assist to the best of her capabilities, and for her to tell me that the person for that department was on a break and there was no one else. The cashier advised me to try it out what she thought might work and that if it doesn't I can return it. With gas prices and not living to close I was hesitant but brought it. From now on, I'll just shop at Home Depot.

Lowe's is good. Lots of stuff and most the time the employees are pretty helpful. Can't believe the price of lumber, though. Picked up three treated 10' 2 x 8's and it was just over $60.
