Contact Pets Inc as well as other no-kill groups for help and assistance. I am not anti-shelter or anti-animal care/control but be aware that county city shelters are understaffed & underfunded as is Pets Inc and other groups. The shelter may post for adoption & get adopted but they also are subject to being killed/PTS. Pets are a lifetime commitment & a member of your family. Please, I am in no way casting judgment on you or anything remotely negative; just putting information out. Too many pets are killed/PTS for petty reasons like "too hyper", "don't have time", "won't use the litterbox" etc but there are solutions and assistance available out there. Good luck to you!
You can either send her to animal shelter so that she can be adopted or the pet rescue shelter for dogs in West Columbia.
