The residents make parkwood a reflection of good & some few persons not willing to be good at following simple rules in which they agree to living there, the few bad apples soon find themselves evicted. for not abiding as responsible people. great location, and nice clean park.safe for a family setting.

I have lived in this park since March of 1986. I've seen many owners and managers over the years. The current owners are great. The current management though, leaves much to be desired. We've never been treated so coldly or rudely as we've been in the past few months. We pay our rent and water on time every month and are quiet, not causing any trouble. Only other complaint is the roads!!! Hoping to all the God's and Goddesses that they get repaired soon. We are slowly working to make some improvements on our home, as I own mine and rent the lot. As long as the weather stays dry, we will continue to make these improvements on the weekends. Like I said, the owners are great, trying to improve the park and make it look nice. Mostly a very quiet place to live, close to hospital, shopping and interstates. Just a few miles from both Lexington and Columbia.
