Contact your local animal control / shelter and give a description of the animal. Or go to your local shelters
Basically the same - contract Lexington & Richland counties animal shelters among with local city shelters (Cayce, West Columbia, etc) as well as rescues (Pets Inc etc.) Bring a current photo, has a collar or not, or microchip. Also any unique marks or scars. You can make up a flyer either on computer or by hand including dog's picture, your name & contact info. Make several copies @ home, library etc then pass them out to same rescues, shelters etc. Good luck..
