Call they have a program/agency that comes in and performs the service for a low fee
Hi, I used to be with Friends of the Animals organization here in Chester, and they will usually help with cost or have paid for it all. I say that in case you may struggling financially just to let you know. The only Vet that I recommend is Carolina Place in Richburg which is about 15-20 minutes down Hyw. #9 towards Lancaster, and they also have good prices. As far as the Animal Shelter here, please stay Away from there at all cost. They are cruel to the animals, not to mention they employ an individual that loves to kill all the animals he can.
