I adopted a dog from them today. They seem to be caring people. The adoption process was good. They made sure the new dog and my present dog were compatible. My new boy is clean and seems healthy and happy. They gave me his vaccination documentation and heartworm meds for this month and next month, and made sure I'd treat him with flea and tick meds today. He is a sweet boy. Already neutered and microchipped.

Is there a leash law in Chester county? If not is there anything I can do about neighbors big dog coming into my yard even though I have a small dog on a run.

Since the ladies came to a Town Council meeting and brought a tote with a length of chain to demonstrate how such treatment of animals is already against the law in the county, do you investigate noise complaints?
