The polish selection was awful..all very old. They didnt even get dry skin off my heels. Wont go back.

I’ve utilized their services for over a year. Their customer service and staff were very professional, prompt and kind. My experiences started to drastically change when management began to be very greedy with the tech who does the designs. They started cutting down services to ensure she would be able to service as many walk-ins as possible. I would book a design but be forced to chose a solid color to accommodate their greed. I complained about my experiences after this happened a few times, since then, I was blatantly discriminated against. One instance, I received a confirmation for my appointment and arrived at that time. Upon arrival, I was told I was late, they made me feel as if I forgot my scheduled time. I trusted them and apologized. Then they started bad mouthing me to my friends, that prompted me to look at my appointment and I realized I was correct, that’s when I knew I was being targeted. They started accusing me of constantly being late. I’ve be a faithful patron for almost two years, sometimes life happens and the few times I’m late, I’ve called hours in advance to ensure I can be accommodated and I’m also being mindful of their schedules. We instantaneously rearranged my appointments to accommodate my demanding EVP position. I started not to receive my appointment reminders and when I brought it to their attention the rude, disgusting, clerk told me”it’s my responsibility to keep up with my appointments, and asked me to provide them with a deposit upon returning, without any cause factual justification. At that time, I decided I would not return.

An infection because the place isn't sterile and in all honesty what they say they charge and what they actually charge are two different things.... Do yourself a favor go anywhere else.
Their work is excellent so you get what you pay for. I highly recommend the Nail Bar.
