The lots are available for nightly, weekly, monthly, and yearly. If you don't sign a yearly lease it is $300 per month. If you sign a yearly lease, it is $2,500.00, payable either in full or ten monthly payments of $250. We have a place here for almost three years.

Yes there is I'm not sure about the monthly fee but I think their yearly fee is 27 to $2,900 a year something like that
