Depends on when your license expired. In the state of South Carolina, if it has been expired for more than nine months you have to take the class D knowledge exam and the skills test. After passing you would pay a $25 fee.
No, mine expired and all I had to do is fill out my name address etc. Take another photo and pay 25.00..😊
