You wish! Those days are gone my friend. I saw some nice mobile homes in area going up to placerville. They are 3-4 hundred thousand to buy now! People from the bay area are bringing up cash and swooping all types of housing. Even a decently priced mobile home is a luxury from the 1-2 bedroom they paid thousands of dollars for!
They may have that for rent but realize this is a 55 and over community and your best bet is to call them during regular business hours to be certain
