Would recommend calling or visiting store and speaking with manager, as you will likely not receive an answer from staff here. However, as far as pest control goes, because they sell live animals, including insects, there are VERY few pest control options available that won't harm their animals or customer's animals. This holds especially true since you are stating one area is near live crickets, and pesticides would harm either the crickets or the pets they are fed to. Having visited this store weekly, specifically for crickets, bearded dragon supplies and turtle supplies, I've never personally seen these issues, even during my most recent visit.
Peppermint plants help control spiders they hate it also get some peppermint extract get a spray bottle part water part peppermint abstract spread in the corners of your house behind bookshelves also Place peppermint plants on shells around your house and in some Court corners spiders will leave they can't stand the smell and it gives a pleasant smell to your house as well this is a natural way to get rid of spiders without using pesticides especially if you have pets
I agree. This store is very clean and like at home bugs come in the door too and you can't stand at the door all the time
What Roger Bowen said.... Also I have never seen any spiders in this store and I go probably 3 times a month. However if you see anything poisonous you should talk to the manager ASAP.
