I was in South Carolina on vacation. I was expecting to relax , site seening, and swim. On the third day I went to do laundry and the machine was not working. I called for there services and they were sympathic as I told them my dilema. Before I knew a technician was at the door and fixed the machine. If you need something fixed definitely call this company they are awesome.I am a customer for life.

Very well mannered, professional and very experienced, also the cost of repairs to our refrigerator was more than reasonable. I recommend this company to anyone who has a problem with their appliances.

If I could do negative stars I would. Onsite was hired through our home warrant insurance.They were quick to schedule a repair, however it got worse from there. I had received a nice phone call let me know the technician was on his way. That was nice. Due to our issue, I needed to take off the face plate of the water/ice dispenser the other day to turn off the motor that was running 24 hours a day and was driving us nuts. The technician then said "you expect me to fix this fridge? It is supposed to be fully intact.". I then said "its a simple display panel that shows water, ice, or crushed Ice you should still know how to fix the ice chute motor regardless." He said I got "ballsy" with that comment and I walked him out the front door. This company is not welcome at my house and should teach its employees manors.

They may not be great about answering the phone or returning calls but if you can get Richard to do your repairs… you are in good hands.
