I decided for my birthday, that I would treat myself to Hall's Chophouse. This was my first visit and my last! I ordered the shrimp and grits and fried green tomatoes. The shrimp and grits had to much other stuff in it. And I don't know what, the heck was going on with the fried green tomatoes! It had something on it that looked like meat and corn! WHY? WHY? WHY? I was sooooo disappointed in the food. I spent $43. and change, pure disappointment!!! Please serve me what I ask for. Everything was just so much mix up stuff. And my stomach wasn't having it. Well I can't say that I haven't been. But I know that I will never go back, nor will I refer them. This is just my experience and my opinion. #Mybirthdaylunchsucked

Not at all impressed. Food was decent but not top level. The service was terrible. Drinks left empty, servers spilled and made a mess without cleaning up. Do not recommend the Nexton location.

First of all my family had a reservation for 7:30pm, were there on time but did not get seated until 8:40pm. (What's the use of making a reservation?) The table was leaning, the appetizers were cold, and disgusting, inedible. (we sent them back) Steak was ok, waiter was nice. But its not worth it. We could had went to Outback Steakhouse and had a better experience. I mean the table was literally leaning. This was my first time & will definitely be the last. They need to do better, well at least at this Nexton location. Ruined birthday dinner!

Had a very relaxing lunch today. The service was impeccable. Our server Genevieve so nice and friendly. We were a party of three and never felt rushed. What a enjoyable day.

Business casual I’d say, but it is S’Ville, so requirements aren’t as strict as downtown location.
Took a girlfriend for a late birthday lunch, May 25th. They sat us by the window table up front. OMG! Flies all over after we killed it least 5 or 6 the waiter can and moved us to another table. Then he said I have been telling them about not sitting people at that table. Food was good a always.
Well if you want safe covid practices go upstairs, cause you definitely won't get it in the bar room!
We did but others had on nice jeans and polo shirts. You can wear business casual attire.

No they do not have a children's menu, it's not really a place for kids. I've never seen any in the restaurant the many times I've been to the one downtown
