I know petsmart has the vets office in it so they should let you weigh them.

I'm not sure about Petco but I think Petsmart does. Maybe call another vet office and ask if they will let you come in and weigh your dog.

I would suggest getting a digital scale from Walmart, target, etc that they can sit/stand on
