How do you get to speak to someone.?For a communications company their phone menu makes it impossible to get help and an actual person.

When I run into a phone tree, I hit 0 about 10 - 15 times. That usually bypasses it and rings a person's phone.

I've had no issues going to the store calling in you got to be patient they've been busy over the holidays.

It is easier to go to the store.

Its kinda hard to get in touch with someone in the actual store unless you go up there. The answering service will put you in the main Verizon call center. You can talk to a representative from there. But it is frustrating not speaking to the local store.
