Bad day all around. My phone was stolen on Thursday. The weather of the century blew in on Friday.The very high winds blew my neighbor’s tree came down and of course it fell through my fence and on not one but 2 of my cars. One maybe a total loss. To top that off several other trees fell in area knocking out power for the last 24+ hours. I had no service on my phone. Remembered I had an extra device in a drawer and called customer service for help in activating. Service was suspended and has to be restored. Rep restore service after a few hiccups. Asked him to do tell call before disconnecting because I was on a borrowed phone. He told me no and to get someone else to call. I asked why he just said he couldn’t do it. I called back got another rep because I still needed to update the sim/imei … she attempted to process my request but needed to send security pin to a number on the acct. I explained to her we just experience the hurricane Ian and we had no power and devices weren’t available because they weren’t charged. I provided the number I was calling in from she said she couldn’t do it. I requested a supervisor and was placed on hold for more than ten minutes. When she came back to the line she supervisor was unavailable.. .offered me a website to activate. I had no internet my power .was out. I Finally decided to go into the store at Friendly Ctr. There I met a young man named Bryson. He was friendly and helpful. Listen to me patiently while I vented and service me with a SMILE. You need more like him. My problem was resolved and I’m more than satisfied! Good job Bryson.
