Do not buy fish from this store, employees have no knowledge on fish. If purchased fish is dead, the employee would accuse customer water quality killed the fish by using their own testing strip, they claim your water quality does not match theirs thus the fish dead, as a result, you cannot get refund on dead fish. This is completely illogical, even I show them my own water testing result, which all parameters are good within range that suitable for certain type of fish, the employee would not even consider because it’s not theirs. I’ve been keeping fish for many years, how the hell can I match my water quality to the store standard, should I buy the same testing strips that the store has, The employee from store don’t even know their own water parameters, their judgement is merely based on the color strip, if one parameter is not qualify the store standard, it’s customers fault. For example, I ask a simple question, what is the store PH level, the employee said, I don’t know. Although I got my refund on dead fish, but I really don’t like employee’s attitude, I like keeping fish, and I feel really sad when losing one, the employee just blamed it’s my fault that the fish is dead without even consider whether the fish is healthy in the first place. The employee also made me feel that I’m careless and just want to get return and buy more. If you see this review, double check with employee on return policy before purchase, if you don’t know how to keep fish, don’t buy from here, because of the strange return policy and bad customer service.
