Bruno Biller fixed my account that had been messed up since day 1 when I first opened the account years ago. No one could every make it right. It wasn't easy and the poor guy spent most of the day making it right. dogged determination, calls to Verizon headquarters. the man was like a dog with a bone and wouldn't quit. Tenacious. Also hooked me up with new phones. did his best to save me money. I'd highly recommend him. Willing to answer questions and solve problems. Everything a customer support rep should be.
