Just know that if you sign up for a slot, you will probably be waiting an additional half hour. I signed up for 9:15, got here at 9:13, and am fourth in line at the moment. Maybe I’m spoiled because Absolute Zero Cryo in Dallas is way more efficient in booking and better at customer service in general. This is the only cryo in the area so I guess they can get away with sub par service here.

First off, I have to say my first two experiences taking athletes here a few weeks ago were excellent. The person who worked with us was excellent and he really took time to learn our athletes and provide them will excellent recovery services. He made sure they got the most out of their experience and we were very happy with everything. Unfortunately, on this return trip after signing in and going to the back we were informed that the cryo was unavailable due to a lack of gas needed for the machine. Our appointment was made days in advance and we could have easily been contacted. They did offer other services but during these we were basically left on our own while two other employees sat on a stool talking to each other. We have used these other services before and have always had someone there to work with our athletes to make sure they got the most out of it. It was almost as if we were in the way or not worth their time that day. While we may try the services again it is clear that your experience is based upon who is there at the time and how much attention they are willing to invest into making sure you get the most out of their services. I am disappointed, as our first experience was such an excellent one.

I had recently tried Cryo in Charlotte at a different place and decided to come here since I live in Greensboro. Allen was very engaging and made it a great experience! This place is amazing!

We have seen many patients with back pain, and most find relief immediately after treatment. Cryotherapy will reduce inflammation and pain. While it will not keep the vertebrae from pressing on the nerves, but it will help alleviate some of the additional causes of pain. If you have any further questions, please ask! We look forward to seeing you soon!
We have many offerings, so I invite you to view our pricing page at https://www.gsocryo.com/pricing/. Thanks for your question and we look forward to seeing you soon!
Steve, we do whole body cryotherapy at GSO Cryo. It is designed to reduce inflammation throughout the body, which should help the sinuses. However, we do not do an intranasal treatment targeting the sinuses.
Thanks for your question Stacy! Cryotherapy is excellent for reducing pain and inflammation, speeding recovery, and enhancing mood and sleep. For neuropathy of the feet, the Deep Tissue Laser Therapy at Healing Hands Chiropractic would be a better fit. Please call 336-235-4530 for more information!
