Due to backed up mail and parcels and time of year this happened recovery will take some time. Even tho streets are plowed there is a foot of snow on the ground that has to be negotiated by foot! We are working to capacity on dry ground! Try walking thru a foot of snow from sun up till well into the night day after day! When streets are plowed they block rural boxes.... Have you cleared yours? Or just put your trash and recycling in front of box as well? Be patient we will catch up. Routes that were not able to finish by the time management allows us to stay out there, should start where they left off the next day ... The best thing you can do is clear a path to your box and have patience.
Hopefully you'll get it today!! If you have steps going to your mail box make sure the steps are cleared or have another mailbox that your mail person can get too. I am a mail man and today is the first day ill be able to finish my whole route.
