You can go online and change it but I believe they will charge a fee or you can ask your mail person to bring you a change of address form or pick one up at the post office those forms are free.
The post office usually has a info packet where if you ask the attendant, that's what you are trying to change is your address, then they have those packets at the United States post office. Hopefully, the friendly advice helps.
Mail carrier here, we absolutely can change it, if you don't catch your carrier outside, leave him or her a note about it, so either they can file it themselves or bring you the appropriate documentation the next day.
