Not sure if you have to file a police report first. Because both of your stickers might not have just fallen off your plates. Some one might have removed them and put them on another vehicle. Protect your self.
They will give you stickers for free as long as your registration is up to date and your a aaa member. The same thing happened to me and they helped me out.
You can get duplicates but I don't know how much they are
