Why my map is marking places that i have not bean there

Sometimes if you go by a place, in a car or bus they pop up . Just don't answer or let them go you can mark them did not go there but they will pop up Again if you travel by them again. The app don't know

This happens to me somewhat frequently. Marc's right; if you're grocery shopping at a plaza, for example, surrounding stores may sometimes show up on your list of places.
