I just moved here and so far I am happy. I love the hub Amazon package system. The management and maintenance staff are super nice and helpful and the trash/recycle dumpster system is appreciated. I am happy trash is not disposed of in the buildings. More work for me but it keeps the building clean and free of insects. I love having a balcony. Major downside is no central air and the AC UNIT is in bedroom instead of livingroom. But I can work with it. Another slight downside is... Too many pets. I love dogs and I used to own a dog but there just seem way too many pets, poop and stuff left in elevator at times. People need to be more responsible for their pets. Management is on it so I appreciate their initiative. So far so good.

called this place 4 times before going to see it in person. and 4 times I asked about pet fees. 4 times I was told there is NONE. (turns out its $50 per dog) I let her know I was told otherwise, and she retorted that "they dont know what they're talking about." Um, how about you educate them so they give people the correct info? Just a thought. Also I was quoted incorrectly with Andrea over the phone. She said 1. There ARE units the size im looking for and 2. they ARE in my price range. went to tour this place today. within 2 minutes of chatting, Andrea, the assistant property manager tells me thats there's a big problem with cars getting broken into AND packages being stolen. Lovely. Also within those 2 minutes I was told that there are NO units in the size I want. Then she says "oh yes, there are" and then proceeded to quote me $500 more than she told me over the phone. HOT. MESS. I drove 4 hours today to see this place, based on our VERY untruthful phone conversation. Ive never got a worse vibe from ANYWHERE I have ever looked. The barking dogs in the units, as we walked down the hall, the MESS of a package room, the absolute crime and poverty in which this complex sits. The DARK gloomy apartments. Andrea told me turnover is high, due to rent going up 10% every year. WHY in the world anyone would pay even $1 to pay to live here is beyond the scope of my imagination.

Stockbridge court has been my home for four years. There’s a great deal of outdoor space but the security is lacking with packages being stolen and cars broken into. Pets are allowed but there is no dedicated dog park. There is also no enforcement of pet removal for unsafe pets that attack residents and other animals. Rent is increased on an annual basis, at greater than 10%.

A miserable place to live. Apartments are filled with loud, obnoxious, college students throwing late-night parties. Didn't get any sleep for two years. Building management did nothing to help, only provided lip service. Security non-existent, My vehicle was broken into WHILE PARKED BEHIND THE GATED LOT. I regret living here and would not recommend.
