I’ve been fostering a female American Bulldog. She’s very sweet, gets along with other dogs (small or large) but I can’t keep her much longer. Can someone please help me find her a home or take over fostering her?

Talk to Big Dog Ranch Rescue. If they can't take the dog perhaps they can give you an idea where he can go. Also PAWS does quite a bit of rescue work & they are fabulous with the animals. Good Luck.
