Very responsive to prescription requests. Nice app too! Convenient location and love the drive-thru aspect for prescription pickup/dropoff

I can't Begin to say enough about the ladies at the pharmacy. Once again Angela went out of their way to help. You are very fortunate to have her as employee. Tanks again from Koda and me.

It was disappointing that Pharmacy representative did not ask me if I would like a Generic versus Brand version of the medication. I would prefer the Brand name always - in this case it would actually save me $25 (as I learned from my insurance company later). Publix pharmacist made that choice for me. And when I requested the change, they refused - because I already paid for my medication. There was no consultation prior to switching the Brand name to Generic. I feel that as consumers - we should be given that choice and it should be transparently disclosed to us what the cost difference is.

Very disappointing when the store is almost empty but you get told it’s going to be a 45 minute wait for an antibiotic! Worked in pharmacy for almost 10 years myself and I know this is unacceptable!
