As of January 11 La Chua trail is flooded beyond the boardwalk, most of the trails at Bolens Bluff are dry except the observation deck on the prairie.

I was just there on Sunday. Cones dike Trail was flooded about a mile and a quarter in. Part of the chacala trail was flooded also but plenty of the other Trails seem to be pretty open and accessible

No. Everything is back to normal with many of the campsites regraded with new, hard fill.
